Baby Jogger Stroller Limited Warranty

For Baby Jogger strollers we warrant that our frames are free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturer’s defects include but are not limited to the breakage of welds and frame tube damage. Textile or soft side materials and all other components, excluding tires and tubes, shall be warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required in order to make a warranty claim and the warranty is only extended to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover:

Misuse or poor maintenance
Damage caused by improper installation of Baby Jogger parts and/or accessories
Damage caused by corrosion, mould, rust, sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage or frequently washing
Normal wear and tear
Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party
Stroller is purchased from an unauthorised retailer
Stroller is purchased used or second hand
Stroller is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage

Demo/Display models:

The Warranty Period on Ex-Demo/Display Model Strollers is only 6 months from the Date of Purchase and they are not eligible for Extended Warranty. Any existing issues or parts/accessories missing at the time of purchase will not be covered under warranty. The Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Frame Tubing and Welds is applied to Ex-Demo/Display strollers.

The above warranty specifications apply only to products purchased in Australia. For international customers, your product's warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is subject to the warranty conditions set forth by the Baby Jogger distributor for that country - Conditions may vary. Baby Jogger and its authorised distributors may not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase, however International customers who purchase their product in another country will be subject to shipping and taxes/duties to their country of residence.

This warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is not covered under this warranty, this does not affect any rights or remedies that may still be available under consumer guarantees.
