Baby Jogger strollers come with a limited lifetime warranty* on the frame and a 12 month warranty on the textiles and mechanical components.


*Terms and Conditions apply to the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please see your user manual for details.

To be eligible to register your Baby Jogger stroller for Extended Warranty:

  • Stroller purchased new from an authorised Australian Baby Jogger stockists
  • Stroller MUST be registered within 3 months of the purchase date.
  • Warranty is not transferrable and only applies to original owner of stroller. 
  • Accessories are not eligible for extended warranty. 12 month warranty applies. 
    (Accessories include but not limited to bassinets, second seats, city GO capsule, belly bars, weather shields and more)

    Ex-Demo/Display Model Strollers warranty period is only 6 months from the Date of Purchase and they are not eligible for Extended Warranty. Any existing issues or parts/accessories missing at the time of purchase will not be covered under warranty. The Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Frame Tubing and Welds does still applied to Ex-Demo/Display strollers.
