To our valued Baby Jogger customers,
In October 2011 we took action to recall the Baby Jogger Toddler (Jump) Seat universal accessory due to the potential tipping hazard. There have been injuries reported resulting from the continual use of the Toddler Seat accessory.
This action only relates to the use of the universal toddler seat accessory as our strollers are compliant with the Consumer Protection Notice No 8 of 2007.
Despite the widespread notification of the recall and high response to the recall advice, The Amazing Baby Company is concerned that there may be some parents still using the Toddler Seat.
It is not safe to use the toddler seat and all parents are strongly advised to STOP using the Toddler Seat Accessory IMMEDIATELY.
Please note that the Toddler Seat was compatible with the Elite, Summit and Classic. The recall does not affect the City Select Second Seat.
Also If the jump seat does not properly lock into place, it could disengage from the stroller allowing the child to fall out. This may result in serious injury to the child.
